When making a reservation, an advance of 30% is requested, to be paid at the latest within 8 days after reservation on

account number. BE10 1431 1526 5104 + indication of the rental period.

When changing a reservation, 15 € administration will be charged.

Advances are never refunded.

Maximum 4 dogs allowed - All hair and dog droppings must be removed when you leave!

Electricity = according to meter readings 0.55€/Kwh

Gas = 5€/m3

Water = included

Tourist tax = included

Dog = 8€/per night (maximum 30€ per stay)
